What we keep, and why.

When you enquire, register for alerts, or book a viewing, you give us a name and a way to reach you — a phone number or an email. We keep those to do exactly what you asked: answer you, arrange the viewing, or tell you when a home fits what you described. That is the whole list.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside PL Property Agency Limited except where the law requires. Our readership numbers are counted without cookies and without identifying anyone — a page simply counts its own visits.

Your saved homes and language choice live in your own browser, not with us. Records of enquiries and viewings are kept while they are useful to serving you and as the Estate Agents Authority's rules require, then removed.

Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it. Write to us and we will — no forms, no delay.
